ONLINE ORDER
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATE ?
No, we are only able to ship orders to street addresses in the 50 United States.
DO I HAVE THE ABILITY TO CANCEL MY SYSTEMATIC DESIGNS, LLC JEWELRY ORDERS?
Orders may be canceled up to approximately one hour after they are placed through the Order Status page on systematicdesignsjewelryllc.com. If the option to cancel an order is not shown in the Order Status, the order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center and is no longer able to be canceled.
Note: Canceling an order or modifying an order may result in a pending hold on your bank-issued credit card. These holds will typically be released in 2-5 business days and may impact the amount you have available to purchase. The merchandise from a canceled or modified order may not be available for immediate re-purchase.
ONLINE TAX CALCULATION?
Final sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address zip code where the merchandise is being delivered. To get an estimated sales tax calculation, utilize the Estimated Sales Tax field located in the shopping bag. Please note: This is an estimated calculation and the amount may change depending upon on the location (zip code) of where the merchandise is being shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you're not happy with your purchase, we're not happy and we will make it right. You can return your item by mail at Systematic Designs, LLC for up to 30 days of purchase or exchange it within 30 days.
PREPARING YOUR RETURN
To return a shipped item to Kay.com, please follow these steps (they're also on your packing slip).

Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.

Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.

Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box.

Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price.

Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
